It gives us immense pleasure to share that UMT’s young start-up, Smart Mirror Labs, has won the Semi Finals at GSEA (Global Student Entrepreneur Awards) organized by Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), the world’s leading peer-to-peer network of successful business leaders.

Uzair Hussain, a proud UMT student (currently enrolled in Master in Computing & Data Science) and Saliha Aslam, a proud UMT Alumni (BS, Software Engineering) are the Founders of Smart Mirror Labs. They successfully managed to win the first position from Lahore among 10 startups. They are also awarded with the cash prize of PKR 100,000/- as winning prize.

They are now proceeding to GSEA National Finals which would be taking place in Islamabad, where they would be competing with the winning teams from Karachi, Islamabad and Peshawar for the title of GSEA Pakistan 2021.
