Entrepreneurial Education
The Entrepreneurial Training and Development Division works for the promotion of Entrepreneurial Education. The designing & execution of compulsory subject on “Entrepreneurship” and other entrepreneurship related short courses and diplomas come under the domain of this division. These short courses and diplomas would be focusing on enhancing different technical and practical skills of the potential future entrepreneurs, and it would be an essential part in making this center self-sustainable.
Entrepreneurial Training and Development
Entrepreneurship development is the process of improving entrepreneurial skills. Through training programs, such as entrepreneurship courses and online classes, one can learn about various requirements to become successful as an entrepreneur including conducting opportunity analysis, developing a business plan, starting a small business, acquiring financing to start the company, and scaling the business. An entrepreneur should have a fundamental understanding of business skills such as accounting and finance, marketing, and strategy. The training and development division assists the potential entrepreneurs by offering basic and advanced level of entrepreneurship courses. A wide range of short but specialized courses including; Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Management, Operations, Law, Public Speaking, Business Plan Development, Feasibility Analysis, Financial/Revenue model, Digital Marketing etc. are offered.
Social Entrepreneurship
The course is offered to the potential entrepreneurs intended to make a difference in the community. The audience in this course will gain knowledge about social challenges and their possible resolutions. The core areas of the course include: social value proposition and identifying a social business opportunity, creating a social business model, the role of social innovation in envisioning an innovative society, understanding importance of social entrepreneurship, and funding social ventures.
Women Entrepreneurship
The program addresses the specific needs, required resources and possible business ventures for women in urban and rural areas. The program enlightens the access to capital and responsible lending, mentorship, networking, healthcare and wealth building.
Entrepreneurship for Special People
The course highlights the importance of teaching entrepreneurship to special people and devising an employment strategy that can lead to economic self-sufficiency for people with disabilities. Self-employment provides people with disabilities and their families with the potential to create and manage businesses in which they function as the employer or boss, rather than merely being an employee.
