UMT secured the second position in the LCCI Business Plan Competition, organized by LCCI in collaboration with the Government of Punjab. The competition saw registrations from over 45 universities, but only 10 teams reached the final round held at CM 90, including participants from UMT, LUMS, Punjab University, KC, Hailey College of Commerce, UET, COMSAT, NCBA&E, and NBU. The UMT team, guided by their mentor Mr. Rashid Hussain, received their prize cheque from the Rector and Mr. Abid Sherwani, while certificates were handed over by the honorable guest, marking a remarkable achievement for the university.
