SBE nailed it again!! What a comprehensive victory by SBE teams at LUMS today in the Case Study Competition. The competition had more than 16 teams from over 12 universities participating actively. LUMS Supply Chain Summit is an annual business competition bringing together the best talent from across the country. The Case Study Competition was completely swept by SBE teams, winning both TOP awards. No third prize was given to any other university.
First Prize Winning team: Ms. Hira, Ms. Rabiyya, Mr. Usman and the team members (A group from BBA).
Second Prize Winning team: Mr. Idrees, Mr. Abdullah, Mr. Noman and the team members (A group from MBA).
Participating was challenging due to the presence of high-caliber experts like Mr. Faheem Khan (Unilever), Mr. Sohail Butt (Nestle), Mr. Abid Butt (CEO e2e), and Dr. Zahoor (LUMS).
Sir Asher Ramish attended as a guest speaker.
This initiative was taken by the Center for Supply Chain Research (CSCR) and fully backed by CENTIN.
Due to UMT’s marvelous history at LUMS, they specially invited Mr. Ijaz Yusuf (Director CSCR) and Mr. Asher Ramish (Director CENTIN).
They delivered lectures on Supply Chain Dynamics and Balancing Supply with Demand.
Both faculty members shared their knowledge with passion and were greatly applauded.
For the first time, four teams from UMT were fully sponsored by LUMS in honor of UMT’s back-to-back achievements.
The event highlighted UMT’s excellence and strong participation in national business competitions.
