Center of Entrepreneurship and Innovation has joined hands with DICE Foundation and together we are organizing an entrepreneurial competition “UMT DICE Virtual Innovation Competition 2017” at University of Management and Technology, Lahore on December 19-20, 2017. DICE Foundation is a non-profit organization, registered in Michigan, USA. DICE Foundation in collaboration with its domestic and international partners, is pursuing a DICE Program in Pakistan, to foster the culture of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the country and transform Pakistan into an innovation-driven economy. The partners of DICE Program in Pakistan are: PCST, British Council, ISESCO, FPCCI, British Council, NUST , NEDUET , COMSATS, IST, UET-KPK, UET-Taxila, UOG, IBA Karachi, UAF, LUMS, DUHS, NTU, Sukkur IBA SMEDA, PSF, ICT R&D Fund and now UMT, Lahore.
About UMT DICE VIC 2017:
A virtual platform of DICE innovation portal website, where UMT students having novel business ideas in any category, have a chance to show their skills and bring their ideas to an inter-university level.Winning Prize:1st Prize: Rs. 50,000/-2nd Prize: Rs. 30,000/-

Day 1:
On December 19, 2017 more than 50 participants registered for the event and 40 teams got shortlisted to give 2 minutes elevator pitch followed by 2-3 minutes question answer session and at the end judges shortlisted the 15 best startups to give final presentation. Panel Judges
