CENTIN/Futurizm organizedthe “Graduation Ceremony of Futurizm’s Incubated Startups of Cohort 2”,at the UMT main campus on June 01, 2023, as part of the “2nd Invention to Innovation Summit 2023”.
The summit featured captivating final-year project presentations from various UMT schools and departments, with esteemed judges recognizing the most outstanding endeavors. Additionally, the event showcased the remarkable startups nurtured by Futurizm, offering them a platform to exhibit their groundbreaking ideas, products, and services. This exhibition not only facilitated networking opportunities but also laid the foundation for potential collaborations among students, industry professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Furthermore, the summit served as a graduation ceremony for the alumni of Futurizm’s Cohort 2 program. This significant milestone celebrated the growth and achievements of the startups that successfully completed the incubation program. A total of 6 startups—Eco-Utensils, Institute of English Language, Shaista Fitness, wrap X, Online Peer Tutoring, and Wheli’s—completed their graduation from Futurizm and received their certificates of graduation from the esteemed guests.
Mr. Muhammad Yasir Amjad, Director CENTIN, UMT, also hosted a panel discussion centered on bridging the gap between students and relevant industries by connecting them with their final projects and business ideas.
